is this acoustic different from others, and good for a beginner?
Alright. Ive been doing some research, and this takamine seems like a great acoustic for me, as a beginner, because of the price and the rating. I also like the NEX body style, it looks comfortable and cool.
But, does the NEX body make it give off a different sound?

Look no further dude. That guitar is more than just awesome. I love the cutaway which allows you to access the higher register. In the recording studio, that guitar sounds just as good as a Martin.
No need to try others. That is a good deal, a good buy and the guitar needs little mainenance and has a good re-sale value down the line.
