I would like to customize my guitar fretboard and pickguard.?

I have an Ibanez Talman ndm1. Just wanted to know what is the best way to put a logo or images on the pitch to replace the traditional point pearl inlay. If I put stickers on the top of the points of pearls, which they stay? Or is there a way to paint or print, somehow after removing the strings?
